Reporting a bug
It helps to include:
- The link to the Indeed job where it went wrong
- What you expected Heads Up to flag, and what it did instead
- Your Indeed country (Canada, the US, the UK or Australia)
Common fixes
- No banner on a job: reload the page. If Indeed has just changed its layout, email and it'll be fixed in an update.
- Lost your settings after reinstalling: open Settings → Restore a backup and pick the file you saved earlier.
- Badges look out of date: Settings → Forget remembered results clears them.
Heads Up is made by one developer, so replies can take a few days. Every email gets read.
